About the event
The Beltrami County Historical Society is excited to welcome local musician Mike Naylor as the featured guest for our monthly Brown Bag History program on Thursday, October 17, at noon. Join us for an engaging afternoon of music and conversation at the Beltrami County History Center, located at 130 Minnesota Ave. SW, downtown Bemidji.
Mike Naylor has long been a staple of Bemidji’s music scene. With deep roots in bluegrass and folk music, Naylor has performed and supported music throughout the community. His passion for music extends beyond the stage; he transformed part of his property into a recording studio and continues to inspire local musicians with his performances and mentorship.
This event will offer attendees the chance to hear some of Naylor’s music while diving into conversations about his long-standing contributions to the region’s cultural and musical heritage. His music and community engagement stories promise to be entertaining and inspiring.
