Please join the Beltrami County Historical Society and area residents for an informative discussion of interest to educators, parents, and concerned citizens. William Blackwell, Executive Director of the American Indian Resource Center at Bemidji State University, draws upon his expertise to showcase trends and strategies in closing the achieving gap in school performance amongst Native American students.

Part of Beltrami County Historical Society’s Monday Evening March lecture series. In partnership with the Bemidji Public Library.  Made possible by a Legacy Arts and Cultural Heritage Grant.
